1. Rage Productions Class Act

Through Class Act, they have challenged sixty senior school students from twelve Mumbai schools to become playwrights. Twenty fo their original scripts, mentored by acclaimed professional Scottish and Indian playwrights, directed by a mix of Scottish and Indian directors and performed by Mumbai actors will be staged over two days, 10 plays per days.

2. Ekjute Theatre’s Group’s Yeh Hai Bombay Meri Jaan

The play gives an insight into the numerous strugglers who are willing to sacrifice everything to achieve even an iota of their dreams. The clinically and cleverly written play by Nadira Zaheer Babbar will tickle your funny bone and raise some crucial questions.

3. Ekjute Theatre Group’s Param Veer Chakra..’Heroes of the Nation’

This play is a sincere tribute to the war heroes, some of whom laid down their lives to ensure that peace and harmony prevails.

4. Ekjute Theatre Group’s Salaam..1950s ke Naam

This play will definitely match up to the experiences they wish they’d never had missed. With conventional formulaic ingredients such as star-crossed lovers and revengeful Thakurs and Kabeelawalas (tribesmen), love triangles, family ties, sacrifice, shrewd and conniving villains/vamps, friends with hearts of gold, loyal munims, comedian’s love tracks, long-lost over dues and lovers separated by fate, dramatic reversals in love and convenient coincidences are all a part of this new tribute to the golden era of 1950s.

5. Ekjute Theatre Group’s Begum Jaan

Begum Jaan’ is the story of a legendary classical singer of yesteryears. The play revolves around the interpersonal relationships between the three characters, a witty old lady Begum Jaan, her grand daughter Zarina and a journalist Sanjay Pande, who comes into their lives with ulterior motives.
